Safety

Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us of any medical conditions including pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, Sun Exposure, disabilities or illnesses. Talking with your technician will help customize your service to ensure your maximum safety and benefit.
Please note that we are not wheelchair accessible.

Scheduling

We recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving the spa. Same areas from our membership packages cannot be treated more than once every 6 weeks. A reservation fee of $50 for clients who have not brought pre-paid packages is required. Same area from membership package cannot be treated more than once every 6 weeks.

Teens

Clients between 15 and 18 years old must present written permission from their parents or guardian prior to their first spa service. Clients under 15 years old must have a parent or guardian present at all times.

Tipping

Tax and gratuities are not included in your total amount. It is common practice to tip 15% – 20% of the original service price. Gratuities are accepted in the form of cash only.

Credit Card Policy

Minimum Credit Card charge $20.

Punctuality

We request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. When booking services at ANTA Spa, your appointment is scheduled with a technician whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:
1. You may opt to shorten your treatment
2. You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time, however, a cancellation charge will be incurred.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning. You will be emailed or get a call from us 1 day prior  to your appointment date to confirm. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Less than 24 hour notice or “NO SHOW” will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount or a loss of one of the sessions from your package or loss of the voucher.

Refunds

All services purchased will expire 1 year after first session is redeemed. Gift cards expire one year after purchase.

Products can be accepted for refund or exchange ONLY when unopened and in original packaging. No refund or exchange given after 14 days of purchase or if product has been opened or tampered with.

No refund is given for partially used package purchases since they are purchased at a discount ONLY store credit will be given for any unused visits or sessions.

No refunds given for proper services rendered.

Pre laser Care

NO antibotics, NO sun exposure Including; Sun beds and Spray tans, NO waxing and Tweezing 2 weeks pre laser treatment. All areas being treated MUST be shaved the morning of appointment.
